How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier.
If you have an account with us, you can also log in and view your order status and tracking information under Order History.
Order Timeline
- Order placed - You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
- Processing - Your order is prepared and packed, typically within 1-3 business days.
- Shipped - You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivered - Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping.
Can't Find Your Tracking Information?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
